  • Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time or freelance Salesforce Consultant?
    *Hiring a full-time Salesforce consultant can cost over £80,000 annually, plus benefits, and you may not always have enough work to keep them fully utilized. A senior freelance Salesforce consultant typically charges around £600–£800 per day, and the time spent creating contracts and working with HR agencies to find reliable, available, high-quality freelancers can be lengthy and frustrating. With SFWiz, you skip all the hassle. You get expert Salesforce guidance on demand, without the long-term commitment or overhead—paying only for the expertise when you need it, and you can pause and resume the service as needed.
  • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
    Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests as you'd like to your queue, and they will be addressed one by one.
  • Which languages does SFWiz support?
    Tasks can be issued and will be answered in English and German.
  • How fast will I receive my solution designs, plans or answers?
    On average, most requests are completed within 2 to 3 business days. However, for more complex requests, such as sophisticated solution designs, detailed optimization reviews, system analysis or risk assessments and complicated business processes, it might take longer to ensure thorough analysis and recommendations. For larger-scale requests, I’ll break down the work and provide updates and deliverables every 24-48 hours until the full request is complete.
  • Who is the consultant?
    You’ll work directly with me, a Salesforce expert with 10 years of experience across multiple industries and markets, including the USA, Australia, and Europe. All strategic insights, recommendations, and solutions come from my hands-on expertise.
  • How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
    You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by creating a PAUSE or CANCEL task on your board. Just make sure to do this at least 2 days before your next renewal to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period.
  • What is the difference between Pause and Cancel?
    Pause Subscription: Intent to Return: Pausing means you plan to come back and continue working with us in within the next 12 months. Trello Board on Standby: Your Trello board remains accessible to you, but we won’t monitor or work on it during a paused subscription. This means you can still view past tasks and files, and even add new tasks to your backlog. However, you won’t be able to submit new tasks until you reactivate your subscription. Reactivation: Send us a quick email once you're ready and we’ll reactivate your Trello board and pick up from where we left off . Duration: After 12 months your subscription will be automatically cancelled. Pricing: You'll keep the original subscription fee you signed up with, even if we raise our prices later. Cancel Subscription: Permanent Termination: Canceling means you’re ending our services for good. Download Period: You get a grace period to download all your files, assets, and deliverables. Reactivation: If you resubscribe later, you'll start with a new Trello board. Pricing: If you cancel your subscription and choose to return later, you'll be subject to the current pricing at the time of reactivation, including any potential increases.
  • How do you handle larger requests?
    For larger request, such as full-scale Salesforce optimizations or multi-environment strategy reviews, the work is delivered in phases. You’ll receive updates and deliverables every 48 hours or so, depending on the complexity of the request, until the entire project is completed.
  • What type of Salesforce consulting do you cover?
    This service covers a wide range of Salesforce consulting tasks, including but not limited to: Solution design and architecture planning Workflow and automation optimization System audits and health checks Data migration strategy Integration planning User adoption strategy If you're unsure if a specific request is covered, just ask!
  • What if I only have a single request?
    That’s perfectly fine! You can subscribe, submit your request, and then pause your subscription until you need help again. There’s no need to let unused time go to waste.
  • Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
    Due to the nature of the high-quality consulting and expert insights provided, no refunds are issued. However, I’m committed to ensuring you are satisfied with the recommendations and solutions, and I’ll work with you to ensure you receive actionable, valuable advice.
  • Can you help us select and manage a Salesforce implementation partner?
    Absolutely. I offer vendor selection support and can guide you in choosing the right Salesforce implementation partner. Additionally, with the pro package I provide oversight during implementation to ensure alignment with your business objectives.
  • Is there any Salesforce consulting work you don't cover?
    Yes, there are certain aspects of Salesforce that I don't cover. While I provide strategic insights, actionable plans, and Salesforce solution designs, my services do not include: Hands-on technical implementation (such as custom coding or building complex integrations directly) Salesforce support desk services (like day-to-day troubleshooting or managing help tickets) Extensive marketing cloud implementation (beyond high-level strategy or optimization recommendations) Third-party app development (though I provide integration advice, I don't build third-party apps) Custom Visualforce or Apex development (deep coding support beyond advising on its usage) If you're unsure whether your request is covered, feel free to ask, and I can help clarify or refer you to trusted implementation partners for areas I don't directly handle.
  • Do I still need an implementation partner?
    Yes, an implementation partner is essential for handling the technical setup, customizations, and integrations required during a Salesforce implementation. They provide the hands-on support necessary to ensure your system is configured correctly. However, SFWiz complements this by offering strategic insights, optimization guidance, change management and training advisory as well as solution design and US writing support for your product owner. While the implementation partner focuses on building the system, SFWiz ensures it's aligned with your business goals, helping avoid common pitfalls and driving long-term success. Together, they create a comprehensive approach to implementing Salesforce efficiently and effectively.
